Welcome to Sythria's Vault, the official portal viewing service operated by Blackwell Deepcore Inc. through Noctellum.com. By purchasing a Deepcore Gem and accessing our dimensional viewing services (collectively, the "Portal Services"), you enter into this binding agreement with us. These terms govern your participation in our unprecedented portal monitoring program.

Portal Access Requirements

By accessing the Portal Services, you agree to the following operational parameters:

Content Viewing License & Restrictions

As a verified Deepcore Gem holder, you are granted limited access to view dimensional portals under the following conditions:

• Your viewing license is non-transferable, non-exclusive, and strictly for personal monitoring purposes only.
• Portal content, dimensional artwork, and exclusive mining reports may not be shared, distributed, reproduced, or discussed outside authorized Blackwell facilities without explicit corporate approval.
• Sharing premium portal content with unauthorized individuals is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of dimensional security protocols, resulting in immediate gem confiscation and permanent access termination.
• Any attempt to record, sketch, or recreate portal scenes for external distribution will result in severe corporate sanctions.

Deepcore Gem Acquisition & Payment

• Authentic Deepcore Gems can be purchased directly through our corporate facilities or via authorized distributors (such as Patreon mining cooperatives).
• All financial transactions are processed through secure third-party banking institutions; Blackwell Deepcore Inc. does not store your payment credentials in our systems.
• Each distribution platform may have distinct terms regarding gem purchases and refunds. Please review their contractual obligations carefully.
• For direct corporate purchases, refer to our Refund Policy for details on gem return procedures.
• If payment disputes or banking conflicts arise, we reserve the right to revoke your portal access privileges immediately.

Dimensional Safety Protocols

Your safety during portal monitoring is our primary concern:

• Portal viewing sessions may cause temporary disorientation, dimensional displacement sensations, or prophetic dreams.
• If you experience prolonged interdimensional side effects, cease viewing immediately and report to Blackwell medical facilities.
• Never attempt to physically interact with portal manifestations - observe only.
• Blackwell Deepcore Inc. is not liable for any psychological effects, temporal displacement, or reality distortion resulting from portal exposure.

Corporate Data Protection

• We value your privacy and the security of your personal information. See our Privacy Protocols for comprehensive details.
• When using external mining cooperatives (such as Patreon), their respective data protection policies also apply.
• Blackwell Deepcore Inc. does not share your personal information with unauthorized entities except as necessary for portal service operations.
• Your portal viewing patterns may be monitored for dimensional safety analysis and corporate security purposes.

Contract Termination

• Blackwell Deepcore Inc. reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your vip access if you violate these terms, particularly by sharing restricted dimensional content elsewhere without permission or credits.
• Upon termination, you will lose all viewing privileges and corporate access, and your Deepcore Gem may lose it's portal viewing value - via secret Blackwell tech.
• The corporation is not responsible for any loss of portal access, viewing data, or gem functionality due to contract termination.
• Terminated individuals may be barred from future Blackwell employment opportunities and mining operations.

Liability Limitations

• Portal Services are provided "as discovered" without warranties of dimensional stability or consistent portal availability.
• Blackwell Deepcore Inc. is not liable for damages arising from portal viewing, including but not limited to reality distortion, temporal displacement, or existential crises.
• We are not responsible for interruptions in service due to dimensional collapse, mining accidents, or interdimensional interference.
• The corporation disclaims liability for any actions taken based on portal visions or prophetic content observed during viewing sessions.

Contract Modifications

• Blackwell Deepcore Inc. may update these Terms as dimensional conditions evolve and new portal phenomena are discovered.
• Contract modifications will be posted in corporate facilities and this digital terminal.
• Continued use of Portal Services after changes are implemented constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
• Major dimensional policy changes will be communicated through official Blackwell announcements.
